Our instructors and therapists work together with our doctors to help those who suffer from chronic pain including, but not limited to, disc herniations, sciatica, scoliosis, joint instability and neck and shoulder pain, to acute injuries such as knee or hip replacements and rotator cuff tears.

The Pilates Method comprises more than 500 exercises performed using special resistance equipment developed emphasizing spring resistance. A training program based on Pilates will stabilize the pelvis and shoulder girdle, stretching and strengthening the entire body. Pilates is a very low impact and pain-free exercise program.
